Courtside is provided free, as it is. Use it for as many games and on as many machines as you like, including commercially. We cannot promise it will never have a bug, so keep running your own sanity check on a scoresheet that decides a title.
Billed monthly in advance and cancellable whenever you want. Cancel and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export everything before it ends. We will give you notice before changing a price on an existing plan.
Yours. We store it to run the service you are paying for, we do not sell it, and we will hand it back in a usable format whenever you ask.
Stats, recaps, highlights and broadcast work are quoted per season or per game and agreed in writing before anything starts. Footage you send us is used for your league's output and nothing else unless you say otherwise.
